BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ (also written as jujitsu or jujutsu) is a martial art of Japanese origin in which one essentially uses levers, torsions and pressure in order to take one’s opponent to the ground and dominate them. Literally, in Japanese means ‘gentleness,’ and jutsu means ‘art,’ ‘technique.’ Hence the literal translation by which it’s also known, the ‘gentle art.’

CARDIO KICKBOXING

 Cardio kickboxing and bodyweight cardio moves come together for a sweaty interval workout that is great for burning fat and improving cardiovascular endurance. This is a total body workout; targeting all of the major muscle groups lightly, with a heavy emphasis on core and lower body. A workout like this one is a great way to blow off steam and lower stress levels. 

CARDIO KICKBOXING

KIDS JIU-JITSU

 Learning Jiu Jitsu requires a child to execute techniques that contain many small details.  Learning to perform these techniques develops the childs fine motor skills and teaches them a good understanding of base and balance.  This develops in the child strong neuromuscular connections and increases coordination and balance.  These skills then spill over to other sports and activities in their lives and aids in making them more successful not just in Jiu Jitsu but in everyday life.

ADULDS BJJ- 9am-10am

 CARDIO KICKBOXING-5pm -5:45pm

KIDS BJJ - 5:45-6:30pm

ADULTS BJJ 6:30- 8:30pm

Friday- OPEN MAT:

 KIDS 5:45 -6:30pm ADULTS- 6:30-7:30pm 

Saturday: By appointment
